Scope of Services
Gravity Med provides coordination and facilitation services for medical tourism. We are not a medical provider ourselves, but a partner that connects you with licensed clinical specialists.
Booking & Deposits
Bookings are confirmed upon clinical review and, where applicable, the payment of a coordination deposit. Specific cancellation policies apply to hotel and transfer bookings.
Liability
Clinical liability rests solely with the treating dental clinic and its medical staff. Gravity Med is responsible for the quality of coordination and logistical support.
